Consulting and Implementation

Our Consulting and Implementation methodology subscribes to the principle that implementing new software without first reviewing the state of the current business workflow doesn't deliver process efficiencies or reduce manual effort.

With the understanding of the client organization's stated outcomes, ComVida's qualified and experienced Implementation team configure the client's system. As a result our products are tailored specifically for your business environment, taking advantage of our products' full functionality; designed to deliver tangible benefits to your organization.

By using the 'train-the-trainer' approach ComVida empowers the client organization to take joint responsibility for the successful deployment of the product. The core client team is trained on all product functionality and features as the last phase of the implementation process.

On-going Training

As a tool, a ComVida product cannot perform its purpose if placed in the hands of the untrained. However, in the hands of a well-trained user, it is a formidable and incisive business instrument.

Whether there is a change of staff at a client's site or a new product release, ComVida's Client Services team is ready to deliver training seminars and classes for all levels of users. A combination of structured courses and hands-on training ensures that the participants continue to learn how to derive maximum benefit from our products.

Product Integration

The full power of ComVida's solutions lies in the seamless integration between the various ComVida modules. The integration within the Employee Management and Financial Management suites means that data is entered only once, yet made available for viewing and reporting purposes in the different products.

Also, we support our clients by providing interfaces to third party software providers. We have interfaced to various Time clock, Payroll and General Ledger vendors including Advance Tracker, ITR, Canadian Time Systems, Synel, Valtech, ADP, Ceridian, Sage ACCPAC, Simply Accounting and Great Plains.

And whenever possible we create automation for our clients by developing extract utility tools so that they can easily submit electronic reporting to their respective government agencies, such as health benefit plans and government pension plans.

ComVida Human Resources Software
